Everything met my expectations, and I would love to return. the hotel's marvelous location is within walking distance of everything, including the beach, surf club, local shops, and Coolangatta.

Excellent location on the road or by the shops, really helpful staff, everything was very good. The apartment on first level had basic facilities you need. It was nice having a TV and a lounge.

I absolutely loved my spacious, newly decorated room with two single beds. the proximity to the airport, just 0.5 km away, was a great bonus. I had a wonderful experience and would happily return!

I had a wonderful stay at Beach Palms Holiday Apartments. the room I booked was well-maintained with beautifully renovated bathrooms, and being on the first level made it very convenient. I loved the walk-in shower, and having a drier and bathrobes added a nice touch. the pool area was fantastic, and the location couldn't be better—it was so close to the beach, surf club, local shops, charming cafes, and excellent restaurants. It truly was a great experience!

We enjoyed our stay here as the unit was clean, featured a front bedroom with large TVs, had modern decor, and the staff were very courteous.

The hotel provides great amenities such as dishwashing liquid, washing powder, and salt and pepper to make travelers feel comfortable. Furthermore, the view from the hotel was impeccable, with a wonderful view of the beach. The sea breeze was soothing and made the stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel is located in a perfect location close to many food places and a supermarket, which is very convenient for travelers.

Although the location was great, we found that there was a bit of highway noise outside that could be bothersome if you're not used to traffic sounds, and the bed was hard which made it a bit uncomfortable. Finally, we encountered noisy construction next door that was very disturbing, which we had to deal with it throughout our stay. The management didn't do anything about it, but the customer service was helpful in resolving the issue.
